Planning a birthday party, summer gathering, at Crestmoor? Mark your calendar!

Reservations open March 15 at 8:00 AM
Requests are first-come, first-served based on the timestamp in our Google Form. Submissions sent early won’t count, so be ready right at 8:00. To improve your chances (especially during the busy spring/commencement season), we strongly recommend listing up to three possible dates.

We typically receive a large wave of requests the first week — thank you for your patience while we work through them. A reservation is only confirmed once approved by the GM, and your signed contract is returned.

Event Types

You can request:

• Children’s daytime parties
• After-hours social events (after the grounds close)
• Off-season racquets parties (tennis or pickleball)

After submitting the form, you’ll receive a confirmation email and our party rules — please review them carefully. Guests are expected to follow the same standards as members, and for evening events, all parties are subject to Denver City noise ordinances.
