The Crestmoor Community Association is excited to open 2026 membership renewals, and we’ve upgraded the process with a new online renewal form.

As always, dues are due by March 1, 2026, and we encourage members to complete the renewal form promptly.

Updated Process

Only one person per household needs to fill out the online renewal form, and it should take just a few minutes.  The forms were emailed on 2/3 and are posted in an announcement on the home page of your Club Automation login & App.

As part of the form, you’ll have a chance to review your current directory information and submit any updates so we can keep everything accurate for the coming year.

After submitting the form, you’ll arrange payment of your annual dues by check or ACH with Roberta.  If needed, her contact information is in your Club Automation login on the Club Resources page.

📬 Keep an eye on your mailbox: Membership invoices will be mailed in early February.

A Friendly Reminder

Dues must be received by March 1, 2026. After that date, a mandatory $100 late fee applies. We truly want to help everyone avoid that, so please renew early if you can.

If Your Plans Have Changed

If you’ve decided not to renew your membership this year, please let us know at by emailing us at membership @ crestmoor.org. This allows us to invite another family who may be waiting for the opportunity to join.
