At CCA, water fun goes beyond swim and dive — our aquatics programs offer fitness, relaxation, and connection for all ages, from peaceful morning laps to technique classes and low-impact workouts.

Adult Lap Swim

Start your day with a quiet and energizing swim.

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00–7:00 AM
  • Season: Early June through Labor Day
  • No registration required — just show up and swim! (Current waiver required)

Lap swim is not available on home meet mornings.

Water Aerobics

Low-impact, high-energy workouts in the water for all ages and fitness levels.

  • Wednesdays: 10:30–11:30 AM
    • Session-based, sign-up required
    • Members: $50 per 5-week session
    • Non-members: $20/class (drop-in only)
  • Saturdays: 10:00–11:00 AM
    • Drop-in only
    • Members: $15/class
    • Non-members: $20/class
    • First class: June 2

Members must register non-member guests through their club automation account.

Swim & Dive Lessons

Build water confidence, improve technique, or prepare for team participation.

  • Group Lessons:
    Register via your Crestmoor Online Account

    • Can be found in Club Automation Under Group Activities
    • Registration Opens just prior to the season
  • Private Lessons:
    • Registration opens after the club does
    • Generally offered from early June on

Adult Masters Swim

Take your lap swimming to the next level with guided coaching and structured workouts.

  • Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6:00–7:00 AM
  • Season Start: May 30
  • Fee: $100 for the season
  • Register via your Crestmoor Online Account

This program is great for competitive swimmers, triathletes, or anyone looking to improve their endurance and technique.
