Guest Access

GUEST ACCESS

Welcoming friends, extended family, and future members — with our community in mind.

At Crestmoor Community Association, we believe in sharing our space — thoughtfully. Whether it’s grandparents visiting for the weekend, a friend joining you for a tennis match, or neighbors attending a swim meet, we welcome guests who help support our strong, connected culture.

Our guest access policy is designed to balance community hospitality with the member-first experience that makes Crestmoor so special.

Members are invited to bring guests to enjoy the club’s amenities.

All guests must be accompanied by a current member and adhere to Crestmoor’s community standards and policies during their visit.

Members are responsible for their guests fees.

Please remember that members are responsible for the behavior and conduct of their guests at all times. Irresponsible or unruly behavior will result the member being asked to leave and potentially having their guest privileges revoked.

  • Guests must be paid
  • Guests must be with their member sponsor
  • Poor behavior can result in revocation of guest access

Some club programs — including Swim & Dive Team, Water Aerobics, and various lessons — may allow limited guest or non-member participation.

Non-Member Children & Grandchildren of Members

Children of grand parents and senior members may participate in programs as space allows, as can children of waitlisted families and in some cases non-members.

Children of grand parents get priority for participation in programs, followed by the wait list, and finally general population.

More detail is in the official CCA Rules.

Guests may attend private or public events hosted by Crestmoor members. Pavilion reservations must be made and paid for through the General Manager’s office, and members should indicate how many guests will be present during these events.

Guests as well as their accompanying members are expected to depart promptly at the end of private events

Senior Member Families

Senior Membership applies only to the adult heads of household. Children and grandchildren of Senior Members are always welcome as guests, but do not have automatic access to club programming or amenities.

Non-Member Swim & Dive Participation

CCA allows up to 25% of its swim and dive team participants to be from non-member families, based on the following priority:

  1. Coaches’ children
  2. Grandchildren of current members
  3. Waitlisted families in Filing I & II

Non-waitlisted or unrelated non-member families are only eligible if their participation is necessary to form viable teams, and they must be sponsored by a current member.

We ask all guests to:

A positive guest experience helps preserve the Crestmoor culture we all value.
